I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to many restaurants and just a stone's throw away from Namba Parks shopping center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always attentive and made sure to address any issues I had. The dining experience was delightful with award-winning local meats, but the facilities could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for the price.
